I planned to post this last Monday 🤣 but when I crochet, time flies and I forget about everything. If you have read the "About me" page, I assumed that you know I like Books, Planners and Crochet. So I finally decided to crochet some cardigans to add them to my Etsy and see if I have some luck and can sell them.
This town has 3 craft stores... Michaels, Hobby Lobby, and Joans. The cheapest one in my opinion? Hobby Lobby. It was Monday, and my kids didn't have school yet, so I took one and left the other 2 at home 🤣 so I could take the bus and go there.
Let me clarify, so nobody misjudges... I try my best to have time for my 3 girls and not all the time together. So once in a while, I take one with me to shopping. And of course, other times I take the 3 of them. And this time was my middle child's turn.
At first, I thought I would have to cancel the trip cause it was raining. But the weather app said it was going to stop around 11 so we took the bus from 11:05. We had to take 2 buses to get to any big store so, the first bus we took passed close to my apartment and took us downtown where the bus station is. There, we had to wait around 25 minutes for the second bus.
I try to check Hobby Lobby's website to see when the offers are on the yarn and planner, cause they change the sales every week. this week the yarn was 30% off and the planners were 40% off.
I found the new spring planners from Happy Planner so I bought one of the skinny Classic for next July. And of course, I got some stickers too.
I got some Black, White, Red, Yellow, and Green yarn to make a Lucifer-inspired cardigan. I have been obsessed with the Hazbin Hotel show from Prime Video. I have the playlist on Spotify and work out with it 🤣. Anyway, in the clearance section, I found a planner from Agenda 52 that was only $5. Belha (my middle child) will start middle school in September, so we plan to start a planner together in July. This was the perfect planner for her to start cause is pretty and pink.
We try to look around to make time cause the bus pass every hour. So after paying we went to the next store to get some snacks and wait for the bus... a bus that was late and took a lot of time to get to the bus station so we missed the next bus and had to wait for an hour to get back home.
And to finish the day as good as it was, after my 6-year-old went to bed, we put "Lisa Frankenstein" on Peacock and started planning on Belha's planner.
