Bloom, Vitamins and workout | My new healthy Habits




If you have followed the posts when this blog started, you meet a different person than I am now. After turning 30, my life was about existential crisis 24\7. I felt like I was coming to a new era where I was nobody. And of course, it was not completely my fault. Social media is 50\50 good and bad. Looking at all those girls who didn't have 28 years and are enjoying life with good cars, good houses, and aesthetic life - note: it's not their fault either- makes me feel like I'm failing in life.


One of my all times dreams was, is, and will be, to have enough to return my mom a little of what she has given me. And when the new decade came, and I wasn't working when I didn't have a book published, or I didn't have a small business, all this pressure hit hard. Not to mention that after the pandemic I completely lost care about myself. Besides dreams, the person that I look at in the mirror every morning was a whole stranger to me.


I passed last year trying to create healthy habits for myself. I try to take the time for myself, try to build something to keep my head busy to fight the anxiety and depression that was clear I had. But every attempt fails. I couldn't keep up any workout routine, and going to a Gym was not on the list. Cause the economy changed for the worse and my social anxiety would never make me go to a place like that.


I even bought the Mini stair stepper to move more at home, but after 20-30 min i ended up extremely tired that workout at least 5 days in a row was impossible. Not to mention the diets or calorie count... after 5 days my anxiety was there again making me eat a lot of fast food cause food makes me feel better... at least for a few hours.


a whole year passed, and the goals for 2024 were again the same as last year... Lose weight and try to love myself. I will be honest with you, I end up in the same pattern again. I couldn't work out 2 days in a row, I couldn't make myself eat less. I couldn't even keep a routine for vitamins. My mind was so wrap around worries that I always forgot to take the pills.

I decided to get Bloom Nutrition Greens and Superfoods, even tho I feel was expensive because of this economy. But I made the sacrifice and started drinking it every day. I have seen a lot of mixed reviews in it, but I like how makes me feel. I feel lighter, and makes me go to the bathroom at least 2 times at day, when before this, it was a miracle I go 1 time every 2 days. And no, I have never had digestive problems, but my body refuses to eat oatmeal or chia seeds for the fiber. Not to mention that every day is getting more difficult to eat actually fruit and vegetables. I got this 25 servings bottle at Walmart, but you can find it on Amazon and Tiktok shop. You can find the 30 servings too.


I love this Mango Flavor, I know there is more, but I have seen on Tiktok that the Berry Flavor is not good 🤭 so I will stick with the Mango.

Now let me show you the star of the show.


I had the opportunity to get a free sample of Bloom Pre-Workout a week ago, and that's when my life completely changed. I drink these magic things 20 min before the girls leave for school, so when I come inside again, I start my workout in the Stair stepper. Let me tell you, before this, I couldn't make 30 minutes because by min 15 I was already exhausted. Unable to breathe, but now? Now I can make 1 hour of workout, without my legs hurting or feeling tired.


I made more than 3,500 steps when before was making not even 2,600 steps. Not to mention that after the workout I still feel good that I take the time to clean the whole house. Before this? is embarrassing to say that I had passed 3 days without cleaning cause my tiredness was so bad that even going to the bathroom was painful.


So by afternoon, I already have almost 9k steps, a house clean, some work done, and food ready for the girls. Even the feeling of eating every time I feel anxious is gone. And I don't have trouble to sleep like other people. I think I even sleep better than before.


Bloom Pre-Workout is perfect if you are feeling like I was, maybe this is the answer to your prayers, or maybe I'm exaggerating.... the excellent result could be just to Bloom Pre-workout or it could be a mix of the magnesium I'm taking.

Elemental Magnesium "For Her"


I got this magnesium last year, but like I mentioned, I always forgot to take it. But now that my pre-workout powder keeps my head busy, I take this every morning. It's been a week already, and feel more relaxed, I'm aware of the stuff that should keep me worried and stressed, but doesn't have a strong effect on me like before.


Note: my mom is taking this too, but she actually started taking it last year after I was supposed to started. 🤣

Collagen Peptides



Another supplement added to the list is Collagen - I found another one that is getting a lot of hype on Tiktok Shop but I'm still not able to get it and I haven't had luck with a free Sample - Another problem with the 30s is the hair. YES! I was losing a lot of hair. I mean, it runs in the family, I have always had this problem, but I usually have a lot of baby hairs cause of that, but now?... I was losing it and not getting it back. I was panicking.


I thought it was the consequence of dying my hair a lot of times, but still, was painful to see all those hairs in the bathroom tub. Not to mention my nails. I have never been a fan of long nails. It feels awkward to type in the phone and computer when they grow a little, so I can't imagine having them too long. But even when they were short, they kept breaking.


And now that I have been drinking this collagen with the Bloom Greens or with Cranberry Juice, my nails grow faster and doesn't break like before.

The last time I went to the doctor with my husband I asked for a recommendation, cause I was at my worst... He said I should try Iron because of my almost non-existent periods I may need it 🤭 so...

Vitamin E


Last but not least, I started taking Vitamin E because my stress caused me a type of allergy in my face. I got red, dry spots that I hate. And let me tell you, keep the whole routine of taking this and the other stuff, I haven't even had a pimple. It's a miracle.


Now let's talk about my workout routine....


Since I don't have an actual routine to follow, just let me tell you that I jump on my Stair Stepper and work on it for a whole hour or less if I have stuff to do and I think I will not make it on time. I only have the morning alone for myself when the girls are at school, so is important to me to make everything I need to do in that schedule.


I have a Spotify playlist that I will share below this text, just in case you want to try it. I use some 1 lb weights that I got on Five Below, and I use them to work my arms in a few songs. And that is it for now because I'm trying to get a free sample of a walking pad to do more steps in the day while I read or watch the TV.
